Smartphones are an inevitable device in our day-to-day life now. But problematic usage of smartphones, computers, and tablets can be highly addictive. It can cause pathological symptoms like compulsive usage and can interfere with work, school, and social relationships. Online Gaming and gambling, porn abuse, video abuse, and online purchases are the most common noted compulsive behavior patterns. The excess usage of smartphones can cause alterations in the nerve wiring of the brain and such alterations can cause attention deficit, memory processing speed, and other cognitive impairments.
