Terms And Conditions For The Participants Of Online Scholarship Examination
- Sahaya’s online scholarship examinations are organised by Sahaya Charitable Trust.
- Each participant should read, understand all the terms and conditions and seek all clarifications and explanations from us before the registration.
- The examinations will be online.
- The Sahaya’s online scholarship examination participants must have to meet with the prescribed age limit for different categories of examinations.
- The scholarship amount will be distributed according to the candidates’ course of study. The Scholarships will be on the basis of your rank in the online scholarship test on monthly basis.
- The Sahaya’s online scholarship participants have to pay a prescribed examination registration fee for different categories of examinations.
- The Sahaya’s online scholarship examination fee is payable by cash MO/DD or by bank transfer.
- In case of bank transfer the counter file, the participant’s name, contact number, time and date of transfer have to be e-mailed to us.
- The minor candidates have to get the prior permission from their parents/guardian for appearing sahaya’s online scholarship examination. In such cases the parents/guardian are requested to send an e-mail or letter to show their consent to allow their child to appear in the examination. They have to mention clearly their relationship with the participant and consent in their e-mail.
- Each participant has to inform us if there is a change in their address or contact number.
- Each participant has to inform us previously before the said date if there is any inconvenience with the examination date which they mentioned in the registration form.
- After the examinations the scholarship winners have to produce their Identity cards, age proof and other relevant documents from their school/ College/ educational institute.
- After the registration a choice will be given to the participants to answer the mock test ought before the exam.
- There will be a fixed time for each question.
- The questions will be based on general knowledge, current affairs and dexterity.
- All the questions will be objective type and no negative marking for wrong answers.
- Enrolled participants will access to the exam only after electronic verification.
- We will not be responsible if there is a system error or power failure at the time of the examination. The candidates must be careful to choose the examination centre (Internet Café or any other place with proper internet and power supply). There must be a web cam facility to enable the candidate to come online video conferencing.
- We will take necessary action if we come to know any foul play during the examination time.
- The final power rests with the Trust. It has the power to reform or alter the examination’s procedures and disbursement of the scholarship from time to time if necessary.
- All disputes are subjected to the jurisdiction of Mangalore court only.
